"I had lunch on a Friday. I was graciously greeted by a young lady with a smile on her face and quickly sat; they were not overly busy. I am a sushi lover and ordered a mix of nigiri, te-maki, and appetizers. The portion sizes were absolutely perfect for me; not under sized as I tend to run into. The cuts of fish were fresh and absolutely delightful. The salmon nigiri in particular was smooth and buttery and the salmon skin te-maki was excellently balanced in regards to both texture and flavor. The chefs efficiency and product were worth noting and I will gladly experience it again. If you are looking for quality sushi for a reasonable price and to be treated kindly, you will love I Sushi."

Several vegetable options available, which has been challenging to find in Oak Ridge. I don't eat mushrooms and they were willing to accommodate me. Husband ordered seaweed salad and vegetable roll and loved it. I had Teriyaki Vegetable Hibachi and it was delicious. Met the owner and she was very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is staffed with family members. Nice family atmosphere.

Jacob gave exceptional service during our visit to I Heart Sushi. We always had full drinks and the food was served fairly quickly! The food itself was really good. I liked my sushi and my hibachi plate. The only complaint I have is that my fried rice was a little cold. Overall we had a great dining experience and we will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: Had a kid’s menu and they even gave the kids a treat at the end of dinner!Parking: Tons of parking

So our family tried this for the first time and we will never be going back. We had the dinner chicken teriyaki, kids chicken teriyaki, caterpillar roll, shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura. Shrimp tempura only had 1 shrimp tempura. Both teriyaki dishes were bland yet elevated the sugar and salt levels dramatically (note: not for persons with diabetes and or hypertension) The worst part was the caterpillar; it fell a part, the skin of the eel was slimy and the avocado and rice tasted moldy. We all felt sick after eating a few bites and threw out the rest.

"Oh my gosh, where do I start. Our waitress was Tonya and she was phenomenal. Great suggestions that were spot on. First off, the tea is sweetened with orange juice. We tried it at the end of the meal and it was actually very good. That shocked us. The cornbread has just a hint of sweetness and the rolls were great. I did not add any butter, my wife did. On to the main course. My wife got pork chops at the suggestion of the waitress and in 32 years, she has never gotten pork chops. She was soooo glad she did. The au gratin potatoes...BAM! Awesome. Pint-sized were good. There's just not a lot to do with those. For my meal, I got the pot roast. It was great for restaurant pot roast. Tender, juicy, flavorful. Just needed a little salt. I also got the grilled squash and no I want to try this. Lots of flavor. The star of my plate was the corn pudding. Oh my gosh. I could have gotten that 3 times and still wanted more. Finally moving on to dessert. There are so many choices. We got it down to the German Chocolat cake, carrot cake or Italian cream cake. So we went with Tonyas suggestion since she was spot on with the meal. Italian cream cake won. If we would have been going g straight home, we would have bought an entire cake. It was that good. Great food that was served hot and an attentive waitress to match the quality. Again, this was worth the hour drive!!!"
