I ordered an eel roll, crunchy shrimp roll, and a tuna roll. Menu made no mention of sauces on the rolls, so I was not expecting them. Had I known, I would've asked for the sauce to not be put on the crunchy shrimp roll. Ratio of protein to rice was good, and the tuna was very fresh. Several vegetable options available, which has been challenging to find in Oak Ridge. I don't eat mushrooms and they were willing to accommodate me. Husband ordered seaweed salad and vegetable roll and loved it. I had Teriyaki Vegetable Hibachi and it was delicious. Met the owner and she was very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is staffed with family members. Nice family atmosphere.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this restaurant came very highly recommended. Today was our first time going here, we did a pick up order. The sushi was discolored throughout and had a very fishy smell for salmon, the steak was supposed to be medium rare but it was very well done. Everything tasted as if it had sat for quite some time. The fried rice was mushy and the vegetables were weren’t cooked all the way through. I’m not sure if we just went on a bad day or if we ordered at a bad time but I can safely say we will not be returning. I will say, the egg rolls were great and the staff was very nice when we called, the food just really dropped the ball for us today.
