"Captain D's service, food, and cleanliness has declined drastically in the past few years. The manager is awful to her staff and coughs all over the food when she's working in the kitchen. The staff ignore customers to finish their conversations and the dining room is always dirty. I use to go several times a week when the young lady that ran the front was there. She kept it clean and seemed to love the customers. The times I have went since she left I was turned off by the whole experience. I don't and will not eat there anymore."
