"I used to be a frequent customer of this restaurant, but after a visit in November 2017, I will not be returning. They changed the menu to items I didn't care for and removed some of the best dishes. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, I was met with hostility. I filled out a comment card, rating the service as excellent but the food as poor. The owner saw my card and became angry, taking away my drink and still charging me for it. He seemed to not appreciate honest feedback. Despite rating the service as excellent, I had shared my opinions about the menu changes. The owner claimed to have personally created the new menu and felt insulted by my comments. It seemed that he did not value feedback or honesty in customer opinions."
