"I live in the neighborhood and frequently use the dry cleaners next door for drop off service. This is one of those places that has great sandwiches, but I can't ever recommend anyone actually go out of their way for due to how poor the service is. I've come to this restaurant on three separate occasions, and placed my order to go each time. On two of these occasions I had not received a sandwich after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting, only when I directly asked the bar tender to go check, they immediately came back with the sandwich I had ordered. Which indicates the bar tender simply could not be bothered to check, because they were too busy chatting with a small group of customers. On both of these occasions the bar wasn't particularly busy, and when I mentioned to bar tender they tried to make excuse about being backed up with to go orders (only one grub hub delivery worker came in the half an hour of sitting at their establishment). Now a days reviews like this prompt half hearted response from owners to save face, I'd strongly encourage other readers to filter other negative reviews and see that similar complaints, especially it seems to be sunday service, have been made by reviewers."
