"Went here with my family because of a recommendation from my nephew. Only one person in line ahead of me. I ordered 4 banh Xeo, and was told about 15 minute wait. Totally cool. My nephew and I waited and watched the cook do his thing. The cashier called out an order that was ready, only 3 orders ahead of us. 20 minutes later, we see our order done, but waiting to be packaged up. Every time a new customer comes, she stops packaging my order to take their order (4 times). 15 minutes later, the cook actually gives me my order and I ask if it is still warm. He gives me a lost look; I touch the food slightly with my finger and it is cold and tell him so. He gives me ok and? look. I ask him to reheat my food, as my family would like to enjoy the food warm/fresh. He looks at me like this is an unreasonable request. He begrudgingly took my food to place it back on the stove. 10 minutes later, he gives me my reheated food and then states just for future reference, i was only able to do that because we weren 't that busy. We won 't be able to do that again I 'm sorry?? There will not be a next time. You gave your customers cold food and expected them to be happy with that? And then tried to lecture me on it? It was not my fault that the cashier took her time and gave us cold food. I watched her start one task, and then start another before finishing the first. No Pandan Horchata or churros available either. Another customer came in later and exclaimed that they always run out of the Horchata. Food was just ok, not worth the price or wait time."
