Banh Xeo Boys - Menu

Service would be 3 stars while the banh xeo was 5! We order a pretty big order. 4 banh xeo's and an order or fries. We were told we'd be getting our order in 20 minutes. But instead we got it in about 1 hour. They did add extra eggrolls due to the wait. But the egg rolls were not that great. But the banh xeo however, mmmmm very yummy! And VERY happy with it. Just wish the wait wasn't too long because I ended up getting snacks while waiting because I was soooo hungry. So when I got my order I didn't get to finish it. I also didn't get much pictures because I was so hungry and so was the group I was with.

I have wanted to try a banh xeo ever since watching Jet Tila make one on The Food Network. I love Vietnamese food so what would a crepe with it be like? Banh Xeo Boys did not disappoint. Located in the Rodeo 39 market with mostly food businesses, the crepe was large, crispy, and a beautiful bright yellow from the tumeric. I ordered the (ground) Chicken and Shrimp. The Swimming Pig Pork Belly and Shrimp is the most popular banh xeo. Service was good and my order was ready in the 10 minutes I was told to expect it. Went here with my family because of a recommendation from my nephew. Only one person in line ahead of me. I ordered 4 banh Xeo, and was told about 15 minute wait. Totally cool. My nephew and I waited and watched the cook do his thing. The cashier called out an order that was ready, only 3 orders ahead of us. 20 minutes later, we see our order done, but waiting to be packaged up. Every time a new customer comes, she stops packaging my order to take their order (4 times). 15 minutes later, the cook actually gives me my order and I ask if it is still warm. He gives me a lost look; I touch the food slightly with my finger and it is cold and tell him so. He gives me ok and? look. I ask him to reh...
