"Food was okay. Nothing special. I would go somewhere else for the price. I couldn’t eat the lobster bisque because there was no flavor to it. Only tiny pieces of lobster in it, but I didn’t sent it back. I got the lobster tail and the oz filet. The filet was the same size as my daughters filet that she ordered but the steaks were cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes were very subpar… they came out room temperature at best. For desert I attempted the crème brûlée. It was absolutely terrible. They sugar wasn’t melted and it was served cold. It had to be returned and I got something else. I’ve never returned a dish before last night. Again. The steak was decent but over the food was not worth the price. The only saving grace was the service was impeccable."

"The food was delicious and our server, Sierra, was delightful. Overall, it was a great meal. The only major disappointment was finding out that they will no longer be open for Friday lunch. While we understand it was likely a financial decision, it is very upsetting for us. As senior citizens, we are no longer able to go out for dinner in the evening. This decision means we will no longer have a top-notch restaurant to celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, as well as our monthly meals. We are not happy about this and ask that they reconsider their decision."

"overall had an excellent family dinner. consistent good food and service. lively, comfortable atmosphere. kellner was freendly and had a good sense of humor. a few little bits. they sat our party of four on a table set for six, and then began to chairs and servier pieces one after what was a little unprofessional. we also ordered the ribeye and the brittle sprouts. twice our waiter came back to inform us that the ribeye was sold out and then the brittle sprouts were sold out. we have to order this. A pity that a steakhouse will get out of ribeye on a Saturday night at 19 o'clock!"

"Service was 2/5 but overall experience and food 5/5 Party of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) for a surprise birthday took over 2 hours after being seated to be served dinner and items were still forgotten about. No water was brought to the table, bread crumbs were never scooped off like we typically experience with our dining here, service was a bit slow, we ended up being the last table left in our section, and we came earlier than the others around us .. sounds horrible, BUT the staff and manager were attentive after we let them know about the wait time. Management went and checked with the kitchen multiple times, additional wait staff came to check on us periodically. The food that came out was cooked to perfection! We were comped a good portion of our bill and left with free desserts for the entire table to take home. The manager really did go above and beyond and rectified the situation I felt was fair. Granted, out 7:30 reservation had us finishing dinner around 10:50 but overall, I was happy with the experience. It was a one off for us, things happen, we’re all human, I’d highly recommend and will be going back."

"we have had a great experience here before. kept us for 5:15 o'clock and when going in the host not great and talked to others about a problem before us and again before they even acknowledge us. when sitting we ordered drinks and a starter that arrived in time. we order our escape and my man and I spoke and enjoyed each other. tick tock, tick tock...6:30, we ask our waitress, miguel what the status was on our dinner and he said it shouldn't be long. make sure that he has never even checked with us for drinks or has apologized to the lateness of our meal. Finally we have risen, closed and left. we are looking and dine at ruth chris in the usa and internationally. I will never visit this place again. morton is next door and will go there. not impressed and ruth chris corporate should visit and polish this location or make a turnover of employees. sad that on my birthday we had such a disappointing experience of a company that should really expect more from their employees."

"Usually everything is pretty good at Ruth Chris, this time they didn’t live up to their name. First our bread came out and it was hard, we waited longer than usual for our food and when it arrived it wasn’t hot. We sent our food back to be reheated (which we hate doing). They put bacon on the loaded mash which we asked for without bacon, the orders of spinach came out as we were almost done eating and the lamb chops and steak were DRY and to top it off there were fruit flys that kept bothering us while we were eating (my fiancé actually killed one with his hands; you’ll can check the camera footage). Our server was great he was very professional and attentive. Overall if I had to rate yesterday dinner it would be only because of our server and I understand it was late but you’ll shouldn’t have the option of reservations if the service is going to be as if we were eating at a fast food restaurant especially when our tab was almost"

"My guest got caught up in traffic, and arrived about 45 minutes late. But the greet staff was quite pleasant, and was able to seat us in a bar area booth right away. The wait staff brought water right away, took drink order, then appetizer order. The Spicy Shrimp app was awesome! The entrees were delicious, also! And the cheesecake was bomb as my guest called it! (That means really good to millennials, lol! Ruth 's Chris is not an economy joint, but the awesome dinners we enjoyed were worth the splurge!"

"Our server, Brandon, was great. He followed up at reasonable intervals and did his best to anticipate our needs. The other service staff were excellent as well. My medium rare filet was a little closer to medium than usual, but it was still melt-in-the-mouth goodness. I only gave 4 stars for the food as they changed the way they prepared the brussel sprouts. Instead of full heads, they were chopped/sliced. it made them cook too tough and ruined the contrast of textures with the bacon. The taste was still good, but texture can be everything in fine dining. The noise was louder than usual. A former employee had the table next to us and their former coworkers kept stopping by to have full-voice conversations and exclaim over her kids. My husband and I, who were celebrating our anniversary, had a difficult time hearing each other speak. While the employees did NOT neglect their tables, it would have been courteous if they'd kept their voices down during their private conversations. I know know how many years some of them have worked there (12), how long it's been since they've seen the visitor (anywhere from 4 to 11 years depending on the employee), how old her kids were when she left (a little more than babies), and far too much more information that I couldn't block out. It was impossible to avoid overhearing it. It seriously took away from our enjoyment of our anniversary."

"This was the night I proposed to my girlfriend. I made a reservation and gave them a call to confirm. Jordan was brilliant and made arrangements for the surprise. Hector (manager) and Jenna (our personal waitress) are extremely excellent at what they do and always make sure everything is fine. The food was phenomenal. We tried the cowboy ribeye, crab cakes, asparagus, garlic mashed potato and the filet mignon with lobster tail. Each of these were excellent! The crab cakes were filled with crab meat and had no extenders. The steaks were cooked exactly right! The food tasted like heaven! I can’t commend the staff enough for being such hospitable and genuinely nice people! I’d definitely come back here for the food and the experience. The best part is, she said YES!!!"
