"Well, it happened. I guess all good things must come to an end. Ordered with DoorDash today and my eggs were overcooked (ordered a veggie scramble), I pay for an extra egg (missing), no cheese (paid for), paid for avocado (not included, DoorDasher said they didn 't have any ripe enough and I was going to get a credit). So I call them to let them know of my disappointment and I was told, we can 't do anything, call DoorDash and they hung up on me. I called back and the person put the phone down and just left it. I could hear everyone talking in the background and kept saying hello and the line was still live but ignored. I order this same item 1-2 times a week. So disappointed about their customer service, although from the other reviews, I shouldn 't have been. DoorDash customer service even told me they have received complaints of unsatisfactory customer service about them. I am receiving a full refund through DoorDash and it 's very doubtful I will be a returning customer."
