"Well, it happened. I guess all good things must come to an end. Ordered with DoorDash today and my eggs were overcooked (ordered a veggie scramble), I pay for an extra egg (missing), no cheese (paid for), paid for avocado (not included, DoorDasher said they didn 't have any ripe enough and I was going to get a credit). If you value customer service do not go here. The people who work here are very rude and have no customer care skills. I was never greeted when I arrived. The boy at the desk did not speak to me once. He took his time with bagging my things and never acknowledged my presence then handed me my food without even a thank you or have a great day. I ordered again the next day, this time delivery, and my driver ALSO said the boy at the desk was very rude. I did not receive the items I ordered, instead they gave me things I did not order. My food was cold. Just a whole mess. I really wanted to love this place because they make good food but I will not be a returning customer.

I order the same thing 1-2 times a week. I used DoorDash to order today and my veggie scramble had overcooked eggs, was missing an extra egg I paid for, had no cheese that I paid for, and did not include the avocado I paid for. When I called the restaurant to express my disappointment, they said they couldn't do anything and hung up on me. When I called back, they rudely ignored me. I have ordered this item multiple times a week and I am very disappointed by their customer service. Even DoorDash customer service confirmed receiving complaints about the restaurant's poor service. I will be receiving a full refund through DoorDash and will not be returning to this restaurant.
