"The best of all the black bear diners in Oregon hands down. Joel, our waiter was awesome at his job and attentive to us as well. Food was great as well! Parking: Being right in the thick of it in Madras there is plenty of street parking as well as parking in their dedicated lot. Kid-friendliness: They have a good selection of meals for kids and the standard faire of coloring options and such"
