"I came with a group that was visiting from California. The restaurant was short staffed so we waited an hour after reservations to be seated. Our food came out at all different times and some of our food never came out. We did have a friend allergic to seafood so we checked the menu for non-seafood items and found about 3. When the waiter food out about his allergy she stopped everything to see if they fried everything in the same grease. Everything is fried in the same oil as seafood so he couldn’t eat anything there. The Cajun pasta was not good; crab cake tasted like Mayo and pasta needed more flavor. When I asked for it to be removed, she politely said she can’t and asked if I wanted to pack it up. I asked her to clear it from the table because I did not wish to take it with me I still had to pay for a meal I took 2 bites of. I had order 3 other items there so it was like they weee losing money. The server was very nice explained they were short but still this wasn’t a good experience. I would not select this place to go to again but if someone wanted to try it I would stick to the seafood platters or buckets."

"I read management is new and I can tell. The WORST customer service EVER!!! Talked to me like I was a dog. I let her know and got a refund. I learned a long time ago to NEVER spend my money where it's not appreciated. There are waaayyy to many Seafood restaurants to choose from instead of Prime Seafood. No Stars if I could."

"Me? ve was here a few times, but this time I went oh my where to start! I?ll start with the appetizer I mean it was delicious I really enjoy cheese on my oysters so that wasn't a biggie, next my top Shelf Margarita was excellent. Chef/chef Erika was very professional on the front of the house to welcome the tables asking us how was our food. Five?????? Overall, my Cajun Classic was freshly steamy and tasteful! By far the best place to drink, and peel your local boiled seafood that has a lot of taste! I'm back!"
