"I have placed my order this morning at 11:28 as I have recommended delivery time followed by slice of 60-75 minutes. our lunchtime starts at 12:25 and I knew there was a chance that our order could come up to 12:45. Once I received a warning that our order came after 1 o'clock, I called the restaurant and asked them to hurry our order so that the students were not hungry as I ordered for them. at 11:45 a.m. the woman at giovanni assured me that we would get our delivery at 12:30 a.m. at 12:47 I called the restaurant again and said the order was already on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. at 1:17 I called the disc, as instructed, because I had not received my order. the representative called twice the restaurant and was sure that the order was in 20 minutes, and then only 5. I was refunded only $10 and had no pizza for hungry students. Once the pizza came, it was best lukewarm, and the quality is not what I expected from giovanni’s. I would not recommend that someone use discs or order of giovanni if they have starving or randomly need food within a two-hour period. we finally got the pizzas (we only ordered 2 and nothing special) at 13:38 clock 130 minutes after my order."

"we have been happy with friends who we hadn't seen for a long time for dinner. I have chosen via perla about other restaurants in the inner city of boulder because it offers good Italian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. but I had hoped that the restaurant would not be crowded with loud people, because we really wanted to talk and catch up, not scream and laugh gay. we have, to our great joy, laugh a lot, listen to us strata and comments, and enjoyed our cocktails and dinners. add the wonderful and cheerful service of a friendly server called stacy, and they have everything essential for a beautiful night out. "We hosted a private party here for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary...I can 't say enough about the food, the staff and how accommodating everyone was helping us all get everything planned. It was hard to find a spot with a private or semi private space for our 'too big for a regular table and too small for a private spot ' group but Tre Scalini was full of options for us. The menu they had us use had choices for everyone from ages 3 to 73! And our waiter was absolutely AMAZING so accommodating, cooperative and he hustled. We couldn 't have found a better spot for our group of almost 20. Thanks to Joe and Joe and everyone there who helped make the night one to remember!!"

"I was not too happy to eat in the pods on the road. the dining room was closed for a high-time celebration in the interior. it was cold and rainy and the heating was simply too hot with the door closed. the service was slow, we didn't get 2 items and they just canceled because we didn't want to wait. eating is prepared for everything. it was absolutely delicious! I'd come back, but I'd just sit inside."

"We found a real gem today when we dined at the Frankie Bones Restaurant at HHI. The menu was so fabulous, it was hard to make a decision. I always wanted to try Cannelloni, and this appetizer was great from this world! The service was also exceptionally good. Our server, Adam, was polite, knowledgeable and friendly; our entrees were served hot and tasty prompt, but not hastened. The fresh bread with herbal butter was a welcome bonus. We found the ambience here elegant, but not pretentious. A strong rain shower outside made it hard to go, but a nice hostess offered us an umbrella. Frankie Bones was a stylish experience... we can't wait to go back for more!"

"I already wrote this review once, and for some reason it wouldn’t let me finish with my private note because it didn’t like my nickname, but it didn’t say so. Doing a review for another restaurant I realized that was why it wouldn’t go. Anyway, we’ve been to fire and ice many times And never been disappointed but this time which was a special birthday celebration for two of the four of us, they seated us at a great table, round, and in front of the fireplace. I thought, “ this is perfect” quotation marks. And it was for a short time. then one of the staff, proceeded to spend quite a bit of time at a computer to our left, and making comments on our conversation. Totally inappropriate. One at our table, was reluctant to even speak, as she had some private things she wanted to discuss. The food was pretty good. Except the fish in the tacos was a little dry. The free desserts were delicious and much appreciated. And our waitress was wonderful."

"We’ve always enjoyed supporting this local restaurant. As usual, our most recent visit was an enjoyable experience. Food and service was good, however, we couldn’t help but notice how expensive their drink prices have gone up. I have to say, Galliano’s wins the prize for the most expensive Grey Goose soda I’ve ever paid for 15.25). A single Grey Goose Martini was $18.00! Sadly, we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. We will support another local restaurant that doesn’t price gouge their local neighbors."
