"We went with friends and were glad that it was restaurant week. First we had to ask for the special menu which is always annoying. Either you a participant in restaurant week or you are not. Ordered mozzarella and tomato app. Literally was served one slice of each. Pathetic. Ordered rib eye which was a $10 upcharge. Steak was awful. My friend said hers was inedible. Mine was horrible as well. Desert was flavorless. Worst part was the service. None. Had to wait 30 minutes for table to be cleared after the main course. Plenty of great steakhouses in and around great neck. Avoid this one at all costs."

"We had the most wonderful, fun and lovely experience at this restaurant. We took our daughter and her boyfriend to dinner. We sat at a high top in the bar. They had on both the Sunday night ncaa football and the Sunday night baseball game, which we love and is not always easy to find. The service was top notch. Every person working here was excellent. We had a server in training, Katie, she was as skilled and knowledgeable as any server I've ever encountered in a 5 star restaurant. We will be back. There is a fun surprise after you order your steak, I won't ruin that. Truly a terrific night"

"We make at least one trip a year to Scottsdale, but every time we do it includes a trip to Bourbon and Bones. Our server Brad is who we always ask for … he’s so good that we have started calling the place “Brad’s” That being said the filet is top notch which we recommend getting flambé style. Everything from the bacon wrapped dates to the hot rock wagu beef appetizer is nothing short of amazing. Desserts? Crème brûlée’s and cheesecake are just perfect. It’s hard to not just the same meal every time but Brad makes great recommendations so help spice things up. Needless to say the smoked old fashioned is probably my favorite drink ever. The hardest part is choosing from their amazing list of bourbons! Thanks to Brad for another amazing trip to Bourbon and Bones!"

"Even with a strong raindrop, the parking staff is very friendly, the restaurant is very clean, much help, good help, I could add that they are very fast and efficient. everything is handicap friendly, the food service for the brunch was incredible! wonderful tables setups, wonderful view of the water, delicious eating. meat that can be cut with the fork, breakfast items on 12 ft table. mimosa’s, coffee and tee flow constantly. roll, cake and baked on another 5 ft worth of tables, selection of meat on another table. I was not there in over 7 years, most of them would be dinner, and that was my first Sunday brunch (they must make reservations) and it's all good!"

"Excellent!! Made reservations and arrived about 20 minutes early. We stopped in the bar for a beverage before dinner and enjoyed both the atmosphere and innovative cocktail menu. Once seated for dinner on time, we enjoyed the service provided and the varied menu. Our server offered several suggestions and we settled on a Caesar salad and the pecan encrusted mountain trout. The salad was fresh, croutons excellent. The trout is to die for. Our server spaced out the courses perfectly, was attentive but not overly so. We finished off with a cup of coffee enjoying casual conversation and each other’s company. We never felt rushed nor waiting on service. Wonderful evening!!"

"Service was poor likely due to the server having too many tables but this was for my wife’s 50th birthday so extremely disappointing. We order oysters, no cocktail sauce was brought but when we asked for it we literally got ketchup in silver container. Calamari was rubbery and was not served with marinara and by the time we got it, it was then cold. We hardly ate and the server was well aware when he asked if we were finished and we simply asked for the check. Didn’t ask if there was an issue or anything. Would not go back again and would certainly not recommend to anyone."

"We were excited to sample the Red Miami Spice Menu. Upon arrival we were told that we could only be seated in the bar section while waiting for our 3rd and final guest. We were also told we could not order any food until our guest arrived. There was no offer of bread, or perhaps the ability to order an appetizer. Therefore, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco and welcomed our guest at the same time. I ordered pork chops from the provided spice menu. Shortly thereafter our waitress returned and gave me another menu claiming the pork chops were not on it. Then she provided a slightly condescending and unacceptable explanation. My entire party had the same menus which included the pork chops. There was no need to make a menu switch after my had been placed. I would have been completely fine selecting another entree."

"hubby and I are often customer in this restaurant, most seafood are fantastic and do not have a lingering fish taste or smell in the restaurant. the braised short rib pasta, black chicken pasta, ribeye, fishtacos and steamed edamame are delicious. each is not too salt or too blande, although, the fish taco, it can need a bit of seasonal or more fish meat. bartenders: becca, syd, regina and tim, they are amazing people and will make their experience as good as possible. they do their best to serve people as quickly as possible; only please understand that there are many people with short employees and can be too hectic, but it is not on them. Lib’s grill is a good place to chill and milk."

"I wanted to make a reservation, but the woman who answered the phone placed my reservation on the wrong date. The dishes they said would be available are only available for parties over 30 people. I told my guests about the reservation and food optionsfor nothing. The dining room I reserved just happened to be reserved to someone else on the same day and time. Plus, theirwebsite has been down for over a week, and no one answered the Facebook Messenger when I tried to tell them. It's the 21stCentury, people! They need to fix their website and make that woman get her hearing checked. Plus, the banquet manager had alldarn week to contact me, but he didn't. If you want to make reservations with someone with at least half a brain, go elsewhere.Their stupidity just cost them hundreds of dollars."
