"I had a very poor experience at this location. I came in with a group of 6, we were seated immediately and put an order in for guacamole, which came out fairly quickly. We kept having to flag our server down to put in drink or food orders instead of him coming to us. He did seem very new, so we tried to be patient as he was likely still learning the ropes. After putting in our food order, we waited 45 minutes with no update. When our server finally came by again, he said there was an issue with their computer, our order didn't go through, but he would put it through at that moment. So we ordered beers and waited for another update. 30 minutes after that, our server comes back (without any of our drinks) and tells us the computer system is totally down and the kitchen is smoking so they'll have to close us out. Since we sat there for an hour and a half with very few updates and no real food, we had hoped they would comp the guac, but the server said no and there was nothing he could do. I was extremely disappointed by this whole experience and the service was incredibly lacking. I hope to give it another chance in the future, but for now, 1 star experience."
