"Our initial experience at the restaurant was excellent and I gave it a positive review. However, on our next visit in February, the food was good but the service was extremely slow, resulting in a two-hour wait. This past Saturday, May 7th, the service was even slower than before and my 12 oz Filet Mignon, ordered medium rare, was cooked medium at best. If it had been any other steak, it would have been inedible. We had to wait a long time for our drinks and salad, while other tables who arrived after us were served promptly. When we inquired about our food after waiting for two hours, we were informed that because we ordered a salad, our order was placed at the bottom of the list behind those who ordered only entrees. Although our server did offer us a complimentary cocktail as a gesture of apology, we were more interested in eating our meal rather than drinking. We plan to give the restaurant one more chance, but will avoid dining there on weekends. If the service and food do not meet our expectations on our next visit, we will take our business elsewhere."
