"We were asked if there were certain allergies before we ordered. My spouse mentioned I needed to have gluten free items. We ordered our appetizers, which were fine edamame shrimp . We went to order our main dishes. There are ZERO main dishes listed as gluten free on the menu. The only TWO items that were gluten free are edamame and Korean bravas good items . However, at most sushi restaurants I have been to, the rolls can be accommodated to GF very easily. I picked a roll that actually looked like it would be gluten free as it had nothing listed in the ingredients that made it sound like there was gluten in it. The server stated that there was a sauce *on top* of the roll. I asked if it could be left off. He said no, that no dishes could be altered or adjusted. !!!!! I was beyond livid. You mean to tell me that you as a restaurant will not make ANY accommodations for people who have legitimate allergies by doing something so simple as leaving a *sauce* off the TOP of a an item??!!! And then to boot, my spouse ordered a veggie roll and the server decided to replace that with a tuna roll of some sort that was “gluten free” made with raw fish which I don’t eat without even asking if this would be a substitute that would be amenable to our dining experience. Our server never once asked how things were and seemed to actively avoid our table. Needless to say, I will NEVER dine here again, and I will say that if you have any food allergies at all, to avoid this place as they are extremely unaccommodating to these needs. I had zero protein options for my dining experience. None. I ate veggies for dinner when I had fasted all day and still managed to spend over $100 at this restaurant my spouse has no dietary restrictions, no alcohol was purchased during this dinner . I am *very* displeased with this restaurant’s willingness to even slightly alter a dish to accommodate an allergy."

But she had long black hair and was the most attentive ever, and really nice. This place ambiance is really cool and again, the food is hand down the best we have tried so far in town."

"ZERO STARS for both Pubbelly Noodle and Open Table ! I had a confirmed 7:30pm reservation for four last night, Dec 4, 2018. When we got there the restaurant was closed. I did not get an email or a phone call to tell us the restaurant would be closed. The door was open, there were a few employees inside, but chairs were on top of tables, lights off, clearly not open for business. No one cared that we had reservation. The four us us walked around the corner to NaiYaRa Thai where we spent nearly $300 on dinner. PB’s loss. If anyone in Mgmt. from either PubBelly or OpenTable reads this I would like an apology and explanation. I have been to all of the PB venues many times and have over 20,000 points on OT, so I am not a random wide-eyed tourist. Very disappointed, upset, and embarrassed in front of our invited friends. OT and the restaurant has my phone, text and email, Why wasn’t I contacted ? If member doesn’t show up or cancel a reservation there is a reprimand, what happens when the tables are turned?"

"Okay so I've been here before and ownership definitely changed, the food is mediocre, for the price they still charge..... I had ordered a salad and pennie Alla vodka with chicken, it was 35$ and it tasted like box pasta and suace that came out of a jar from a super market. It's a real shame, used to be extremely good food."

"We were visiting our daughter in her adopted hometown of SLO. She suggested Eureka . It was amazing!!! We got there before hoppy hour ended. We had drinks and the brussel sprouts were to die for!!! "I hope the manager reads this and appreciates genuine guest feedback:Service: We came here during football NFC and AFC football championships. The games are not played simultaneously so the fact that they didn't have the right live game on TV was weird especially when everyone there was in full NFL gear. I know the place is not a sports bar but you should embrace whatever brings people through the door. Especially when one of the games is being played 3 miles away. At every moment when someone told them to change the channel they all seemed bothered especially the blonde waitress with blue highlights. We heard her mumbling I don't go to other people's jobs and yell guests are just trying to have a good time.Food: the fries were salty beyond enjoyment, served without ketchup. The Mac cheese balls were amazing really delicious ? we also had the wedge salad really good. The drinks were great as well unfortunately the service need improvement.People will forget everything but they will remember how you made them feel."

"Great menu. The overall ambiance was perfect you could easily talk to and hear the people next to you. Service was excellent and great care was taken in the overall presentation of food and drinks. Our waitress offered excellent alternatives and choices. The food was savory and flavorful. The drink menu was great and there were a wide variety of non alcoholic choices as well. I'd love to try a lavender iced tea or charcoal lemonade next time!! I enjoyed the Chicken Napa sandwich with Mac and Cheese bites. This was a nice break after several heavy meals."

"Came here for the second time(first was in santa barbara) and had to get the bison burger topped with charred fresno chile. Get it, you will love it if you like mid spice level. truffle corn is packed with flavor but not oily at all. Fried chicken sandwich was great and had a good kick to it. Both drinks were great and not had just enough sweetness, the blackberry mocktail was tasted slightly like tamarindo respado and the watermelon fresca was pleasantly spiced."

"Very tasty! The Hand Breaded Tenders are crispy and delicious on the outside with juicy, moist chicken on the inside. The only downside ? is that they give you a lot but the tenders dont reheat that well. The Eureka salad I got on the side is a new favorite of mine; Im not used to getting raw broccolini and green beans in my salads, but Im glad someone is now properly appreciating them. The lemon vinaigrette they have complements the veggies perfectly. In addition, Im very picky about my tomatoes, but the ones they serve in this salad are absolutely ideal, sweet and ripe and full of flavor. All the vegetables are very fresh never any wilted lettuce or saggy green beans after ordering 3 4 times! and its just been a consistently wonderful experience."

"Went there 2 days in a row.. had the bone marrow burger, Fresno fig burger, jalapeno egg burger,n bison burger.. cauliflower bites, glazed brussel sprouts, osso buco ribs,n tomato dill soup.. all were super good.. the drinks were a lil more strong than the sweet mixed drinks I'm used to but they are very interesting n different, especially the Electric Butterfly that comes with the buzz button.. the mac n cheese balls n the corn dog lollipop are OK, just normal.. but definitely need to go back for some more of that bone marrow burger.. customer service have been great the 2 times I went..n I wouldn't ask other people if I should sit inside or outside cause everybody has different tolerance to the cold/heat..u should know where u wanna sit!"

"The Fried Chicken Tenders were quite disappointing. They had a nice appearance, but once you take a bite, there's absolutely no flavor—just blandness. The ranch sauce was oddly sweet, which didn't work at all. The barbecue sauce had the consistency of cocktail sauce, and its taste was more reminiscent of that than actual barbecue sauce. It was quite unappetizing. The only redeeming aspect was the truffle sauce, which comes with a $3 upcharge and was surprisingly good. This was literally the only flavor that stood out, as there was none in the chicken or the breading. Overall, the taste was below average. I suggest ordering a cheeseburger instead, as it's apparently what they do best."
