"ZERO STARS for both Pubbelly Noodle and Open Table ! I had a confirmed 7:30pm reservation for four last night, Dec 4, 2018. When we got there the restaurant was closed. I did not get an email or a phone call to tell us the restaurant would be closed. The door was open, there were a few employees inside, but chairs were on top of tables, lights off, clearly not open for business. No one cared that we had reservation. The four us us walked around the corner to NaiYaRa Thai where we spent nearly $300 on dinner. PB’s loss. If anyone in Mgmt. from either PubBelly or OpenTable reads this I would like an apology and explanation. I have been to all of the PB venues many times and have over 20,000 p...

What happened to this place? Food is still delicious but menu has been significantly scaled back not matching the online menu. Service was horrible.

We travelled over to the restaurant, after confirmation request emails, to find it was closed and never opens on Tuesdays despite restaurant information to the contrary. Complete waste of time! We have since had no email or call to apologise.

"I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"
