"Oh my gosh, I don't even know where to start! Before we even got to Second Happy Door, the host greeted us with menus, and they were very polite. Once we sat down, we were served refreshing water with ice and napkins—such attentive service! Our waiter came by shortly after to take our orders, and the coffee arrived quickly. We ordered the French Toast Deluxe, which came with eggs and cheese, as well as cheddar cheese and extra pancakes. Honestly, this was the best French toast I've ever had! It was perfectly warm and cooked just right in the middle. The flavor was outstanding; the cook truly nailed it. The presentation was also impressive!"

"Delicious dinner tonight! I've always been a fan of horses. You have a great menu and everything we got tonight was excellent and the service was also. I had pannenlachs, which was fabulous. Friends enjoyed the meat lamb dinner and the crumbling panko chicken. Everything until dessert was delicious thanks."

"I really enjoyed the $20 breakfast at this restaurant! The boss may have had a bit of an attitude, but the food was delicious. While it's labeled as a Cuban restaurant, I feel like it offers more than just Cuban flavors. As an Asian person, I found the food to be to my liking. I can't wait to come back and dine here again!"

"for the best wobble soup they come here. the restaurant is beautifully designed and eating is always better. the duck with acidic crunches was amazing as the earthy. the service is excellent. sitting is exceptionally comfortable. my mother can't eat whole things, so I usually share with her. I then asked to share the duck breast in the kitchen they did beautifully. the restaurant operates and serves as a traditional French bistro. that means they are open to breakfast lunch and dinner. they also have a wonderful bakery if they want only coffee and a delicious bake or gelato."

"This is a beautiful space and has the best looking bar in Indianapolis. It is, pardon the expression, chic and trendy. Lots of rich woodwork and a circular bar. The entire staff is cheerful and accommodating. We had early (4:30) reservations, so there were not many patrons, however, by the time we left, it was full of people. I had the Tomato and Mozzarella Salad. It was huge, with terrific tasting tomatoes. The best! My wife had the Cod, prepared unblackened and with no garlic, and the Fried Green Tomatoes. Both rated a 10! We ended with a delicious scoop of salted caramel ice cream. mmmmmmmmm! But for the pricey aspect, I would rate it a 5. so I gave it a 4."

"I was really disappointed with this restaurant. They promote themselves as vegetarian and vegan-friendly, but in reality, they use butter, milk, and eggs in almost everything. We went for breakfast and found that the only vegan options available were a heel flake and a head dish. Honestly, I can get better vegan options at a chain restaurant like IHOP, where I can order crispy fruit and heel flakes. We tried to communicate with the waiter to create a nice meal, but everything was cooked in butter. It’s frustrating that they claim to be vegan-friendly when their understanding of veganism seems limited. If they truly want to cater to vegans, they should know what being vegan means and offer real vegan options. We ended up leaving in frustration, and I still feel annoyed when I hear others talk about this place. It’s hard to believe they consider themselves vegan-friendly while using eggs, cheese, and butter."

"Would def visit again when in Raleigh. Highly recommend the Cucumber Mint Tini. Light on mint. So good. The Boss Sushi roll. Very good. Loved loved the Crab Rangoon dip and Edamame Wasabi Ranch. Could of used a little more of it all over. Just not on top but enjoyed our meal. Thank you."

"Excellent food very fresh! I have been very disappointed with all our other local dinners lately and nearly forgot about acropolis (moved away for a few years) they are by far the best diner in town great food great people I go nearly every morning. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but one of their longest working servers tends to walk around causing problems with the other servers and complaining about the owners right in front of customers and it makes me uncomfortable. Everyone else is happy and great at their jobs and love the owners. "We just love this place! My son and I go on our special little breakfast dates here. It 's a small, cutely decorated little spot that always has super friendly wait staff. We jokingly say we are going there for diabetes breakfast , because they have amazing milkshake, waffle, and pancake specials that vary seasonally. The food is always very fresh and the attention to detail is impeccable. Some thing to really love in a small business like this. my only wish is that they were open later more days per week. They currently are serving dinner on Saturday nights, but I would love to see that extend to more days per week."

"our dinner exceeded all expectations. restaurant was busy, but we sat right away. our server (ethan) was about everything during our dinner. he was not overly present, but seemed conscious and was at our table when we needed him. what is to say about eating apart outstanding! our steaks were prepared exactly as we ordered it. I don't remember a more tasty and delicate ribeye. it can be hard to do this, but be sure to save space for dessert. the woodford bread pudding was beyond the description. chocolate, caramel, ice cream, whipped cream and the hauch of bourbon unites to a decadent dish!"
