"I will never eat at a Big Town Hero again! I went there a few times, and it was average. I certainly wouldn't call it fantastic. The last time I went there, the cashier also made my sandwich and didn't wash her hands. So gross right there. I complained, and made her do it again, while wearing gloves after washing. There was one, just one piece of turkey on it, and a TON of lettuce to disguise the one piece of meat, and it was just terrible. The bread had been over done, so it was all crusty and kind of stale. The cashier had a serious attitude problem when I sent the sandwich back after watching her handle money, touch her face and then sneeze near the make line, and I asked that she at least wash her hands. I called the manager to complain, and all I got was an apology. You would think they would at least send a coupon or something for a free sandwich, with a little effort to try to win a customer back, but he didn't seem to care at all."
