"I will never eat at a Big Town Hero again! I went there a few times, and it was average. I certainly wouldn't call it fantastic. The last time I went there, the cashier also made my sandwich and didn't wash her hands. So gross right there. I complained, and made her do it again, while wearing gloves after washing. My vegetarian daughter won’t go here anymore after finding meat on her vegetarian sandwiches (more than once). I'm not a vegetarian myself and I think the sandwiches here are pretty good. They often have coupons available and also a punch card. Overall, good for me.

I love this place. It is perfect for a quick sandwich to go. The bread is fresh baked. All of the other ingredients seem very fresh too. The cookies are just as good as homemade. The only downside is they use the same knife to cut all of the sandwiches. So you may end up with a taste of mustard or a piece of sandwich meat you didn't want.
