"The main dining room was not available because of a special party. We were seated in a smaller dining room with no other patrons. Perfect for our small gathering of old friends who had been out of touch too long. It was quiet and we had the server to ourselves. She was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Excellent! My three friends were happy with their meal of eggs, yummy potatoes, with a choice of ham or bacon, and toast. My food, however, was barely room temperature. I had pancakes (which had a lovely texture), eggs over medium (perfectly cooked), and bacon (could have been a little crispier but near perfect). The coffee, though served from a fresh pot, was so strong that it tasted old; I had to dilute it with cream and sugar to make it palatable. All in all, I would go back here because it was perfect for our gathering, but I would hope that the food would arrive hot. Would have given three stars, but since my friends were happy with their food, I gave it four."
