"I made a reservation online because I could never find a person to actually answer their phone. I was stunned to arrive and find that the whole dining room was booked for a private party. So much for the reservation system. That left us with the Players Lounge. There was a tournament going on and I was told that the golfers would also have access to the lounge. We grabbed a table. We went to mothers day brunch and the food was ok but it is not worth the price. Also, at that price point I’d expect the service to be amazing but I found it hard to get drink refills even though that is the only service they need to provide given its a buffet. Save your money.

Too noisy to eat indoors in crowded players club. Plus, despite a reservation, unacceptable table was only one available indoors. Chose to dine outdoors, without service staff. Had to order from snack bar and only bright spot of this “special” birthday lunch was the very helpful staffer at snack bar. Quiet lunch on the patio overlooking golf course — until leaf-blower used to clear the patio. Literally. We will not return.

My reservation was at 1:15pm. Arrived at 1pm. They pointed at the table and said my table is here. I was confused, so just took my parents and sat them myself. There were only two people working so after sitting for 5 long minutes a server came and introduced herself. She pointed to the other room and said help myself. The prime rib was cold. There was less than a dozen crab legs and through the time I was there they never filled them again. I had to flag a server every time I needed a fill of water. They never checked in on me.
