"Customer service is bad and has no understanding of kindness; my friend went there to get ice and cried because they are nearby and about 2:15 of two people who work there from the store in their car again. As I understand, you are open at 1:45 a.m. near and back at 2:15 a.m., but please do it nicely as a decent person would do it. Everyone understands whether it is closed or open or not. It will be time for you to get a customer who will argue with you, and people who just want to be rude, but there is understanding. I work in customer service; I understand how hard it is, but I scream at a person who sees no sign for closing or opening and screaming is inappropriate."
