"Customer service is bad and has no understanding of kindness; my friend went there to get ice and cried because they are nearby and about 2:15 of two people who work there from the store in their car again. As I understand, you are open at 1:45 a.m. near and back at 2:15 a.m., but please do it nicely as a decent person would do it. Everyone understands whether it is closed or open or not. It will be time for you to get a customer who will argue with you, and people who just want to be rude, but there is understanding. I work in customer service; I understand how hard it is, but I scream at a person who sees no sign for closing or opening and screaming is inappropriate."

The staff I've ever seen. Rude as hell and if they do everything for their customers, it's headache and eye role. It's never stopped again.

Who's here? Who's the manager? Who will listen? This store is short-circuited and the employees who work there are above the top. I never go back and I visited this store at least twice a week. I'm going somewhere else. What I think is so irresponsible that it is the only convenience store near so many that go away from closed doors and excessively evil people. Convenience is not everything! Humanity is.

I showed 10/12/2021 at 16:11, the first set of doors was unlocked, the second set was locked. The lights could not see any signs of closing or temporary closing. Kara (I saw her name on her nameplate) stood behind the tab, went, saw something or perhaps counted money, totally ignored me. I was politely knocking on the window... she didn't look up. I asked: Are you closed? She ignored me. I was very confused and I left. If it's close to the count that's okay, but at least one sign or more characters and for the love of decent humanity, only one person who politely asks you a question through the glass. Rude. Never again.
