"I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. The service was rated a 3 - they were attentive to some customers but seemed too busy for others. It seemed like getting good service depended on having a good relationship with the staff and a bit of luck. The food was given a rating of 4.5 - the sushi was decent and the decoration was nice, but there is room for improvement (some of the rolls fell apart when picked up with chopsticks). The location was rated a 5 as it is within walking distance from public transportation and has a parking lot. The environment was rated a 3.5 - it felt a bit tight, especially when the restaurant was crowded. The value was rated a 3.5 as it was a bit pricey overall. Taking all factors into consideration, the overall rating would be a 3.9."

"I have been frequenting Wasabi Fusion for a couple of years now. This place always serves up generous portions of delicious food. Most recently, I tried the lobster bisque and I have to say, it was pretty exceptional! Whether I visit for lunch or dinner, I always receive prompt service and am seated quickly. Our server, Cori, made sure we were well taken care of and constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you enjoy sushi - don't miss out on the redneck roll!"

"I am former top notch sushi restaurant general manager in Austin. Ordered Chirashi (Sashimi on the sushi rice . Presentation was meh-. There was too many rice just to look. However, quality of sake and Maguro even hotate was phenomenal. Sushi Rice I recommend little more vinegar but also excellent. I would like Asahi beer to be restocked next time : Thank you for letting me enjoy good quality out of state. Definitely recommend this place.+it comes with miso soup, and lots of place use small seaweed flakes. This bigger seaweed in miso and evoking mushroom in it. Very good"

"We come here frequently but today was a hot mess. The sushi rice, on all of our rolls was very wet. Every time we picked up a section of a roll it instantly disintegrated…..what we ended up with was a soupy mess…chopsticks were useless. We called this to the attention of our server and her response was “sorry, sorry”. No offer to make it right. First time being disappointed here…."

"We used the delivery feature and our food came hot in 30 min from ordering! We were very impressed. We have been going to Kiku for years and the take out is just as good as dining in. A staple for us is the fried rice that comes with a delicious yum yum sauce. The beef and broccoli is another popular one for us. Our favorite sushi is the California ranch roll which is lightly deep fried. This time we also tried the Lake roll and Goofee roll. Both were good but did have quite a lot of rice. When we have eaten inside, are is ample seating including booths, and outdoor street seating in the summer. The parking in uptown can be difficult and busy."

"Wabi Sabi has been a family favorite over the years, and even though the new one opened up in Eastvale, this location is the one we prefer to visit. We sat in a booth since there was no wait, but I do enjoy watching the chefs cook. The place is a typical Japanese themed restaurant with a Teppanyaki side and a sushi bar side, with booths located between. The food at this visit was great, with the chicken and steak cooked perfectly, as well as the calamari. The staff was great, friendly and really attentive. You can understand why this place is pretty busy on a Monday night. We even got a little treat from the sushi chef, even though we didn't get sushi during this visit."

"Great lunch spot. Service was quick and friendly enough, but we did have to request simple things like silverware, sauces, and drink refills. I ordered off the menu, and the Jinbeh salad was fresh and delicious. The sashimi carpaccio was good too. The other in our party had hibachi, and there were mixed reviews on that. While the portion sizes were generous, it was on the greasy side, which didn’t sit well with everyone. Overall good for a quick business lunch and good for groups"

"Enjoyed the atmosphere here. Totally nice place to have a beautiful lunch outside. Personally I tried the Shocking California rolls as well as the Philadelphia roll. The fish was fresh. Aesthetically speaking the avacado was past its prime. Taste overall wasn't terrible or amazing just average. That said my girlfriend had the Chicken Teriyaki bento box and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth a try and I will say if possible sit outside it's a cool spot."

"I took my sweetie here for Valentine's Day dinner. It was quite cold night outside (maybe 20 degrees) and it was almost as cold inside. Every guest in the restaurant was wearing their coat and some were wearing their hats and gloves. I asked our waiter what the problem was and he said that they were having difficulties with the heating. Maybe so, but they could have brought in a few portable heaters to try to make the place habitable. They had one set up near the server station, so the concept was known to them. As it was, the cold ruined our evening. I should also mention that the food was pretty good but nothing special. Summary You can do better elsewhere."

"New Ginza holds a strong place in our hearts. Many years ago, my (now) wife and I were dating and came over New Ginza as a fun date option. We sat in a stand and it took 45 minutes to order because it was my first sushi experience. I had many questions. My wife answered my questions patiently and the staff supported them admirable. The GM came and made us feel like we were already family and kept us happy and laugh through the meal. When the food came, it was nice. Each plate or roller was artistically built both in balanced taste and in color. We shared an alligator role and my brain chemistry has changed. That's the only way I can describe it. After this experience this night, we came back 4 times a week. 5 visits a week! The people at the age of 40, like us, remember that Cheers in Boston was the place people should feel at home. For us was our Cheers New Ginza. We ate there regularly for JAHRE and look forward to our visits when we are back in town. The GM remembered our names and would never let us wait. Stop the team! They set the bar for high quality food and service."
