"New Ginza holds a strong place in our hearts. Many years ago, my (now) wife and I were dating and came over New Ginza as a fun date option. We sat in a stand and it took 45 minutes to order because it was my first sushi experience. I had many questions. My wife answered my questions patiently and the staff supported them admirable. The GM came and made us feel like we were already family and kept us happy and laugh through the meal. When the food came, it was nice. Best Sushi You will ever eat. There's sushi and then there's good sushi. The best on their menu is probably the volcanic roll! I came here all the time during college...now that I moved away, I really miss her amazing food I can't find anywhere else. If you come here, you have to order your volcanic roller!!!!!! And her tempura/fried cream!!! Sooooo goooood!!
