"Where to begin. The Staff: Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, quick. The Location: I was there for business, and it was a 5-minute walk to my appointment; zero complaints. The Room: I was given an upgraded room (Gold for Life) that was decent in size with a nice balcony.I rated the rooms a bit lower because my shower door didn 't keep water in the shower and flooded the bathroom floor. Placement of the toilet made it a tight squeeze for this middle linebacker sized guy. The balcony was nice but faced a busy street so I didn 't use it. Bed was comfy, chairs were nice, side tables had charging plugs, and the room was laid out well.My biggest complaint was the 1800 steps it took to get to my room. I was told to park in the back and walk in the side door. I would go up one flight of stairs and my room was just inside the door. Problem... the key mechanism in the stairwell was broken on floor two. I went back to floor one and wandered through the ever changing hallway of hell that reminded me of the shining as it continued to get longer and further away. After what felt like an hour I found the elevator and stopped to eat a brief snack and drink some water before venturing on to the second floor where I would repeat this maze of mystery in reverse before finally finding my room. Upon locating my room I was relieved to learn that it was just inside the stairwell door.On my journey I met some Hobbits trying to return a ring, a bald guy who kept shushing me while he was hunting rabbits , and twin girls who kept beckoning me down the wrong hallways.Once safely in my room I ordered room service which arrived promptly and tasted great. I recommend the ahi tuna bowl.I finished some work and quickly slipped off to sleep.Yes, I 'd stay here again. Next time I 'll make sure to pack an extra bottle of water and some biscuits for the trek."
