"nougatine at jean georges is the perfect pre-lincoln center dining place. our waiter was very nice when he came beyond the programmed what brings you to us today? and service was attentive. the early evening views of columbus circle at this time of the year are funny. the pointed zehenkuchen appetizer was excellent. unfortunately the lachs was overcooked. the list of weeping through the glass offered some very nice choices. the exquisite amuse beech before dinner were thin sparing in a spicy panko crust with a lemon based dipping sauce. the French pommes were too salty. dessert was the always excellent warm varona chocolate cake. we're coming back. not always perfect, but close."

"Nougatine at Jean Georges is a great choice for a pre-show dinner near Lincoln Center. Our server was friendly once he went beyond the scripted greeting. The early evening views of Columbus Circle were enjoyable. The crab cake appetizer was delicious, but unfortunately the salmon was overcooked. The selection of wines by the glass was impressive. The amuse bouche before the meal consisted of asparagus in a crispy panko crust with a tangy lemon sauce. The French fries were too salty. The highlight of the meal was the always fantastic warm Valrhona chocolate cake for dessert. We plan to return, as despite a few flaws, our overall experience was nearly perfect."

"my excitement to take my wife to eat at bb for months. I heard about it in the wmal radio and couldn't wait. I would read and read their website. the first red flag was when I asked for reservations. the person who answered the phone simply said hello, not answer with the name of the restaurant, so I had to ask to ensure. then I could hardly understand what they said, so I called again when it came closer to the special date. the same thing happened. Thank you, when we arrived, we had reservations, because noone was allowed to feed only when they had stopped. now for a culinary experience. our waiter was new and knew nothing about the bourbons and even told me about the available flights. he also knew nothing about any of the foods because managment and peculiarities do not offer any possibilities for one of the server to try them. obsurd. now to the only positive part of the experience, except the company of my amazing braut of 39 years. eating was amazing. one of the best steaks I've ever had and my wife's cured. the seafood we had with the steak (scallops and lobsters) were also perfectly cooked and were amazing. all that has said, the hard wooden chairs were so uncomfortable and your almost sitting in the round of the people beside you. we had to be lucky to sit next to a Gung-ho-Military guy who thought the F word was manifold. we must have heard it at least 75 times. Thank God it was good to eat. one last thing. eating is too expensive."

"Best food ever. Steaks are perfect! The atmosphere is so amazing. The red napkins complement the restaurant. The staff there makes everybody feel welcomed. The bar menu has an amazing skirt steak sandwich. And the baked clams are amazing. Try the Cajun calamari it’s to die for! The cowboy ribeye is very good! Along with their home made cream spinach and potato puffs! Love it there. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!!"

"Frank's Steaks RVC I often help here if necessary. Sitting at the bar, outside or dining room are all a pleasant experience. I only have excellent things to say about food workers (most of them have been working here for 10 years). They are a big family and so welcoming to everyone. The owner Chris is an amazing person and so passionate about the business. It is also great and flexible to work with book parties, any size small or large. I admire how much he strives to support local businesses by offering various food drinks specialties from Long Island all NY. Most dressings and desserts are made in house cheesecake, apple cabbage, chocolate mousse, blueberries basket, oreo cheesecake, etc "

"The most over priced restaurant I have been to and I travel the world. The service was horrible. No air conditioning. It took two hours to get food that was mediocre at best. The bill was 550.00 for 2 adults and three children and we all left slightly hungry."

"I had an excellent meal like all 5 of us at the table! The service was good, drinks beautiful and dessert divine! I have a milk allergy, and the staff and the cook were more than accentuating. Dessert is usually not existent for me in restaurants, but at Woods Hill Table I was able to crack a wonderful hot apple with almond milk ice cream! My sincere thanks to the cook for a vegan and gluten-free delicious dessert on the menu! I will eat there again :"

"great ny strip steak and service we always wanted to taste one of these steak houses, and this was close to our hotel. we liked that they could share a steak, so we tried the NY strip with a sweet potato casrole. it was excellent and cooked to order. we treated and shared the peanut butter cake that was very good. we got super service from their employees, and although the meal was expensive, it was good value."

"We opted for the tasting menu with the drink pairing and had a great time. The food was diverse and delicious, the service was excellent, and we loved the cozy atmosphere of our private booth. Some of the dishes were a bit spicy, and a few of the drinks were strong for our taste, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Our server, Steven, was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice overall experience, and depending on your preferences, you may enjoy all the selections without any issues."

We ordered an appetizer , grilled octopus, which was tasty, not amazing because it was chopped w lots of filler . Unfortunately both dinner entrees were mediocre. My stuffed lobster tail was tiny with 1 tablespoon of stuffing. The lobster was undercooked. my husband’s veal was slightly over cooked. My vegetables were hard and undercooked. the linguine was done well. Disappointing."

"Been wanting to try Birdie G's for a long time, right away you know experience is next level. the cocktails are absolutely incredible, I highly recommend the Fennelly Honey cocktail, and it comes in a bear glass. "We went to my mother's birthday on Saturday night. I definitely recommend reservations. Our waiter was very nice. Great family restaurant atmosphere. When a waitress accidentally fell a glass near our table, glass pieces flew to our table. Our waiter and manager have quickly cleaned us from our table and brought us new water and appetizers. Well, about the food. It was just okay. The best was fried zucchini. Everything looked good, but Bland was except my sister's steak. The steak was cooked for perfection, but was very salty. I'd go back to see if Saturday went out a night, but it wouldn't be my first choice."

I loved my first experience here absolutely. the sushi was super and fresh (trust I had bad quality, the delicious fishy.) the Bento box during lunch is the biggest bang for her buck if they want something with a small taste of everything. if they like spicy, I recommend the spicy teriyaki chicken-bogenbox!"
