"Our two young boys, ages 3 and 5, love to go there, much more than the employees want to work there. It's very clean and organized, (a great thing), but Customer Service is at best mechanical, certainly not heartfelt. This restaurant could've easily earned a 5 rating if the employees would've shown even an ounce of enthusiasm with my kids who were so excited to see them. Sincere service with a smile is IMPORTANT. Both of my boys proudly wore one of the amazing Krispy Kreme hats placed strategically on each of the tables in restaurant. It is my opinion the employees should proudly wear them as well! Look, making and selling amazing doughnuts for a legendary doughnut chain is certainly not for everyone, and I'm sure it's not always easy. I get it. But a sincere smile costs nothing . If you can't smile and appreciate the people you come into contact with on a daily basis, please find something else to do in life that will make you happy!"
