"At the Tim Price Way location The lady with the unpronounceable name that starts with W of African descent and sound like a baby has a very very bad attitude!!! She made me wait at the menu board to place an order for 2 donuts and a small cup of coffee, she made me repeatedly repeat my order 3 times as if I wasn 't speaking loud enough.The worst I 've ever come across! I ask her for the store number and her name she asked me why??? Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! I instantly ask for the manager because of how I was treated. I had requested doughnuts without the glaze and apparently they don't do that. Fortunately, my passengers all were able to get the doughnuts they wanted and that made it all worth it. The person running the drive-thru was patient with us while we took our time deciding on our dozen choices, definitely enjoyed not feeling rushed. It was a good experience, I just think that this place is not for me.

I was very displeased with the poor service received at the Richmond, VA south side location. I think it?s Tim Price parkway. I ordered a mixed dozen, the teller says it?s $23.00. When I get to window I again asked what the charge for a mixed dozen is and she replied $14 something. With no explanation she takes my card and when asked for a receipt she took awhile to give it. Seems like a loss prevention officer should check this out. Very rude and poor customer service
