"Update: Still give it 1 star. I ordered on the app and made all of the subs I ordered meals and chose bottled drinks as the drinks. I get there to pick up my order and the cashier goes there's your cups I said I ordered bottled drinks and go to grab them from the cooler and she said no, bottled drinks don't come with the meal deal, so I didn't grab them and I said well the app let me do it. She says let me ask my manager and she's like yeah they don't come in the meals, so I showed them on the app where I ordered bottled drinks and not fountain drinks. And the manager goes yeah they need to fix that. So I grabbed the bottles out of the cooler and the cashier says like oh you paid 2.70 or whatever and that's the cost of fountain drinks I said I ordered bottled drinks so I'm going to take the bottled drinks, Subway needs to fix their app. And under her breath she says you need to fix your attitude. I just walked away instead of continuing to have her argue with me. And the manager didn't say anything to her about how the cashier rudely spoke to me and argued with me. There’s no point in ordering ahead online. I got there and waited 10 mins to get someone’s attention and ask for my order. They hadn’t even started on it when it was supposed to be ready 15 mins before. Then they started making it and told me they don’t have pizza even though I ordered it online. Bread was super doughy, wasn’t baked long enough. I was there for 35 mins Don’t order ahead. Waste of time."
