"The food is very good but we ordered pasta w marinara and said “no meat or cheese” and it came w cheese. We called and asked for a refund and they hung up on us. We called back and they said that our note was confusing. So this place doesn’t care about allergies"

"My wife and I ordered food from here for the first time. The guy taking our order over the phone was a bit rude, but the bartender was very sweet. My wife's salmon was dry and my medium tenderloin was very chewy and not melty or tender like a tenderloin is supposed to be. I'd say it's tied with ground round for the least tasty tenderloin I've ever had from a restaurant. The coleslaw was delicious. Overall, we were very underwhelmed and won't be going back again."

"It was the best 12 dollar sandwich I have ever had. The boys in the back of the store (sandwich counter) are very polite and courteous. The selection of sandwiches are huge or build your own. My wife said her Rubin was the BEST she has ever had. That's saying alot , she is very finakey like a cat. I live in the east bay and I would come back to the city just for a sandwich. Thank you"

"UNPROFESSIONAL UNSANITARY! Natasha come back…..this establishment is not the same without you. This used to be my favorite place but now it’s run by young and highly unprofessional staff. Not to mention the food is not the same quality. The blonde behind the register was EXTREMELY rude. I was given a total amount for my food and then charged a higher amount. I simply asked if they charge more to use a debit card and she so rudely told me there was a sign on the register. Yes there is however, it’s a very small hand written note that was being covered by the receipt paper. Not visible at this point mind you. So I asked that they let customers know it’s more or move the sign. The rude snarky comments continued to pour out of her mouth. It wasn’t until I asked her for her name (not saying) that she changed her tune and asked if I wanted a refund for the difference. I’d also like to point out that the two women cooking in the back are NOT masked up and only wearing a protective glove on ONE hand. I watched them on the cell phone with the ungloved hand then proceeded to use the same hand to pick up the cheese and put it on someone bagel. Working with food they should know this is not sanitary. I am truly disgusted with this place and I will NEVER eat there again."

"my fiancée and I had a great experience here! her dining room is very private and lets her feel like home. the staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make them feel welcome. the thunfish melts were tasty and the juice was so good that he surprised us! we recommend them!"
