While the food was undoubtedly excellent, and the service overall was satisfactory, one incident left a lasting negative impression. During our meal, a waiter carrying a tray of drinks accidentally spilled them all over me and my husband, causing significant damage to our white clothes. We understand that accidents happen, but what truly disappointed us was the unprofessional and indifferent response from the manager. Rather than taking immediate action to rectify the situation or even offering a sincere apology, the manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He seemed disinterested and made no effort to address our concerns or compensate us for the damage done to our attire. It was disheartening to witness such a dismissive and unaccommodating attitude, especially from someone in a managerial position. In my opinion, the manager's conduct was entirely unacceptable and raised doubts about his ability to effectively lead and handle customer issues. Customer service is a vital aspect of any establishment, and his lack of concern demonstrated a complete disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of the diners. While the quality of the food at Nick Toni's is undeniably high, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience with their unprofessional and unresponsive manager. Customer satisfaction, especially in the face of mishaps, should be a priority, and unfortunately, this fundamental principle was completely disregarded during our visit. I urge the management of Nick Toni's to address this issue promptly and institute better measures for handling such incidents in the future.
