"Yet again, another incredible experience at one of my favorite restaurants on the East End. Their Pre Prohibition Manhattan with special cherries never fails, the excellent Spinach Salad with a beautiful over easy egg and pork lardon croutons and, tonight, we were able to take part in their wood oven pizza delicacies (Sun Thurs only) Fungi for me and an extra beverage for dessert (although the N T Tartufo has been a favorite for many years ... lots of willpower to pass up tonight). High end service to a T and always a smiling face, Nick Toni's is in a class all its own, whether you are coming in jeans or a 3 piece suite. Everyone is treated the same with love! See you next week."

My pasta was cold. The sauce was soupy. They cleared our plates while still eating and without asking. I've eaten here many times before and this was a disappointment.

Food is consistently great from apertizer to dessert, and quality of food far outweighs its price. N&T is one of the best restaurants in EH. The only blemish was service at the time we visited. It seemed they were understaffed for a packed restaurant. We definitely will go back again and again and hope they will have sufficient wait staff by then.

"I think this place has changed ownership a few times and I may have reviewed it before under a different name. The inside is still decorated in a nautical type theme and the dining area seemed clean and had a nice atmosphere. We came in as one of the stops on our poker run. The place was at capacity and the bartender was still able to serve us quickly. There is a small patio out back and it seems like they could spend a little money and extend the dining area to the sidewalk to increase their capacity pretty easy. I don't think they had PBR otherwise I would have gave them 5 stars. "

"Just hubby and I. The waiting area-tight space for multiple parties and the door opening and closing is drafty! The restaurant is loud. I assume the “bar” part is the culprit with loud music playing and people trying to talk over it. Our server was...great but clearly being pulled in many directions. She advised happy hour was always quite busy and apologized for our drink order taking so long. Our food was delicious and plentiful. Kudos to the chef. When we left there were 20 somethings partying outside the restaurant, empties and a beer case could be seen. We had to walk though them to get to our vehicle. It seems the Earls we used to know has definitely changed and perhaps we will try another venue next time. Too bad because the food was really good!"

"I tried the Fried Brussel Sprouts and Bulgogi Bowl based on my waitress' recommendation. Both were very good. The bowl had great flavor and the meat was tender. A touch of red pepper paste would have made it even more delicious. The broccoli though fresh and cooked well was a bit jarring when mixed in, so I ate them first. I also tried the Plum Rosemary Ale good but a touch sour and the Pineapple Coconut light and easy to sip. Overall, the service and food were both very good ?"

Smitty's Better Burger

"Cool Daddy-O!. Smitty 's Better Burger was really cool. When you first pull up you kind of think; 'man did I just jump back to the 1950 's? ' It 's got that nostalgic feel to it. Thanks to E 's review below I had an idea of the ordering routine. I backed into my spot and turned my headlights on. Sure enough a Car Hop Server came right over, very friendly and really efficient. She took my order: A Smitty 's Super Burger, a French Fry (Crinkle Cut), they have the option of Waffle Fries too. I also ordered a Diet Coke. My food was delivered to my car in about 5 minutes. I paid $8.19 for lunch plus a little tip for my Car Hop. It was well worth it. My Burger was hot, juicy, and packed full of flavor. If these patties are frozen you can 't tell. They were seasoned and cooked on a flat top expertly. The Bun was soft and held up very well to all the juice, and condiments. The toppings were all cut fresh and were crispy. Great pickles I must say! The fries were piping hot and salted, they tasted great, frozen or not, Crinkle Cuts fried right are hard to beat. My Diet Coke was icy and had perfect syrup to soda mix. I posted pics above. When I was done I turned my lights on and my Car Hop came right over and took my tray and thanked me for coming. What a great experience. If you in Hampton and you get a chance pop over to Smitty 's Better Burger, it 's just a good time with good food! Thanks Smitty 's after 50 years in business you guy 's still got it!"
