"The experience was pleasant overall. However, the portion sizes seemed a bit small given the prices. The calamari was overcooked as well. We had difficulty locating our waiter whenever we needed help, and a 20% service charge was automatically added to our bill, which I felt was not justified by the level of service we received. On the positive side, the ambiance was wonderful."
