"The experience was pleasant overall. However, the portion sizes seemed a bit small given the prices. The calamari was overcooked as well. We had difficulty locating our waiter whenever we needed help, and a 20% service charge was automatically added to our bill, which I felt was not justified by the level of service we received. On the positive side, the ambiance was wonderful."

I went for breakfast as a non-hotel guest and was genuinely impressed by the excellent service from all the staff. The food was delicious, too! I highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely dining experience by the pool, although it was slightly disrupted by some kids constantly running around our table. Nevertheless, the food and service were excellent!

Overall, we really enjoyed this place. Some of the staff were friendly, but a few of the waitresses by the pool came across as a bit rude. However, one pool attendant was outstanding—he helped us with towels and was great to chat with, though I regret that I can't remember his name. The location is fantastic, and we would definitely return.
