"The hot dog was not worth $8. I would at least have expected a ton of fries at this price. The value of this hot dog is half of what the price is. If you’re looking for a quality $8 hot dog, go to The Dog Stop on Belmont instead.Edit: In response to the owner’s gaslighting reply, I rounded up from $7.48 if we want to split hairs. The hot dog is not worth $6.75 pre tax and your kitchen drags. This is the only place in Chicago you have to wait 20 minutes for a hot dog. I will continue to pass on Mr. V’s for any food and will continue to encourage my employees and clients to do the same ?"

"My daughter and I went there for the first time today and it was really good! Fries were fresh and crispy, Chili dog was perfect, chicken pliers were cooked for perfection! No complaints here because everything was so good! and the girl in the register was really friendly! We will definitely come back!"
