I live on the far North side of Plainfield, so it is a little far of a drive. It is worth the drive! It’s a small place with a lot of character. Pretty good dogs for the most part ,but only issue is.....where are the tomatoes!! Every Chicago style hot dogs has tomatoes. Anyway definitely going back but I hope they bring in some tomatoes as I'm sure the owner is reading this!. Also fries where very good! But would be a better if they cooked them less time, to light golden brown perhaps.

My goodness, so very good. Just went for the first time today. I got the 2 hot dog meal and an extra Italian beef, w/mozz and hot peppers, wet. The hot dogs are perfect Chicago dogs. They use long sliced pickles instead of spear cut pickles, but I actually prefer this as it doesn 't make the hot dog so awkward to eat. All the other toppings are present, and the hot dog itself was delicious. The Italian beef was tasty, bread was good, and they did a great job with the amount of au jus for a wet sandwich. Also, they put the peppers under the cheese when they build it, which is nice to see. It 's a small annoyance when the peppers are on top since they topple out of the sandwich. Overall, this...
