"This is the worst dining experience I've ever had. I'm a resident of Charleston, and have dined in many its great restaurants. I had out of town guests, a total of 7 in my party, each of us shared the same disappointment in the food offerings. The duck confit I ordered was uneatable, the duck was so overcooked it was crisp, the polenta cake was burned to the point that it resembled a hockey puck. Appetizers that should have been warm or hot were served room temperature. The bread was stale, other items were obliviously reheated (French-fries tasted like Styrofoam). I won't detail each meal, but all were disappointing. We couldn't believe such poor quality food would be served at such a reputable restaurant. However, our server, Steve, did provide good service and did what he could do to graciously handle our complaints."
