"They have decided to hand the reservation system over to a computer, so you need to have a smart phone to read a QR code to go to a special URL. I'm sure that is very convenient from THEIR point of view, but it is far slower for customers to go that route than to call and make a reservation at an ordinary restaurant. The person at the front desk was downright snippy about people not wanting to use the software. I have an a computer hardware and software engineer for most of my life, I am not scared or reticent to use them. But they are and ask the answer to all questions. That is, the patron suffers for the convenience of the restaurant. We had a couple of meals where the meat was insufficiently cooked. We had one meal where we spent over half an hour waiting for the check. The food, when it was good, tended to be very good, but it's clear, perhaps due to the end of season, that there was chaos in the kitchen. Not a fan."
