"I was very excited to try STK after seeing such great reviews, and I 'm not here to say it was a bad time or the food was horrible, but for the price you are paying I don 't think it was worth it. The food was fine, but for a $56 filet medium rare... the middle was so rare I couldn 't chew it. Which has NEVER happened before. Every filet I 've gotten at every other restaurant for $40+ has been cooked perfectly and NEVER chewy. The $19 sides were fine- again not disgusting or anything but like... I could 've made the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts at home. The crispy brussels sprouts were literally just charred. Nothing special at all. The drinks were fine- and for $21 each we were at...

has lost our reservation /deleted; got the table only 45 minutes later; meal not before 2 hours after our arrival. steaks were in order, but by far not worth the high price. it is very loud, the personal for us to extrovert and informative.

Excellent service, food and overall restaurant quality. Our waitress was beyond excellent and made us comfortable from the beginning. I will definitely be back and as soon as possible. The Manager was also great and checked on us several times.

I took my husband to STK for his birthday. We made a reservation through open table but when entering STK the hostesses had us wait 10-15 minutes for our table even with our reservation. The entrance to STK was packed and the host stand felt very disorganized. Once we were seated our waiter and food/drinks were great! Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. It was a great place but very crowded.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
