"We have been talking about Cobblestone ever since we left. We will be back soon. Mainly for the beef tartare. I will never forget that beef tartare. I was hesitant to like this place. I did not want to like it. I had a deep love for Monty Gaels. However, Cobblestone is wonderful. Great patio! Great food! Great drinks! Great staff! If you are considering Cobblestone, do it and get the beef tartare. You won't be disappointed!"

"So, in order to understand my review, you have to understand my family. For my wife, her body is a temple and, if she had her way, she would only eat plants that grew in the shade with peer counselors on standby 24/7. As for myself, I am the opposite. This generally means I am at home with pub fare and the like. One child is living proof that the human body can live on nothing but noodles. Seriously, the kid should change his name to Bertoli.... As for the other one, he is a French Fry Eating Machine. Think Joey Chestnut, but 50 pounds in weight. Anyway, on the actual review. Simply put, Llywelyn's is FANTASTIC! I couldn't name another place in town that could make the entire family happy. My Reuben was crazy amazing. Served perfectly, just the way would imagine. No nasty sauerkraut or soggy bread. Just perfect. And my wife absolutely loved her salad. For a vegetarian who only eats the finest of vegetables, this sure hit the spot. And, Captain Noodles gave the kids Mac and Cheese two thumbs up. And this is a kid who complains about everything. So, that is huge. And Mr. French Fried was equally happy. If it weren't for the Department of Family Services having issues with kids parties being hosted by a bar, I would be all for it. As for the service, our server was Brad J and he is simply amazing. He had the patience to deal with small (indecisive and somewhat messy) kids, and did it with a smile. He was extremely nice and and cheerful and, if Management is reading this, please give him reserved parking, a private jet, or something in between. Yes, he is that good! The decor was pretty cool as well. It reminded me of sitting in a traditional Irish pub somewhere in Europe. Very very cool! And, of course, we will most certainly be back!"

"First time here with the band Whatever We Are, it’s like an English Pub, great music, two sides: one side has dim lighting and the bar and one where it could be for a family dinner near the kitchen. Seats are awesomely comfy. Bathroom is clean! Waitress is on point with refilling drinks, even hot drinks. Outfits are finesse. Great service overall!"

"We were a group of eight, who visited on Friday. It is a cozy English Pub-style restaurant. I went outside of my comfort zone and ordered the French Toast: two thick slices of bread edged with Nutella and topped with Pastry Cream. What a splurge! No regrets. Hubby had a Carlsberg and the Roast Beef sandwich, with a healthy order of fries. Thank you to our server Ashley! The only negative is that the rest rooms need a lot of work. We did have a great meal."

"Tea Sympathy is a super cute and cozy place in the heart of the city. They have delicious foods, both as a full meal and for a quick bite that just melt in your mouth. Speaking of yummy melts, the scones and desserts were absolutely great. The only critique about the desserts is that they can be a little on the sweet side, the too sweet side. The service is quick, but never rushed. My boyfriend and I got lucky going in at a not-so-busy time, which allowed us the ability to truly enjoy our food and take our time. We booked a reservation for an Afternoon tea for 2 at 12:30 pm on Valentine's Day. At first glance, it doesn't look all too filling until you start to dig in. It came as a 3-tier tray, with 4 tea sandwiches of your choice (we had: coronation chicken, egg salad, chicken salad and a watercress, tomato, and cream cheese), 3 scones with clotted cream and jam, and lastly 3 desserts (we got Victoria Sponge cake, toffee cake, and a strawberry frosted vanilla cupcake). It also came with two house-shaped teapots, enough for 3 cups each. I got the rose petal with black tea and my boyfriend got vanilla mint and both were really good. Overall, we were very happy with the food and service. We will likely come back another time, but with friends. Be sure to make a reservation to be certain you will get a seat and be sure to get there on time because this place fills up quick due to its small size. They accept walk-ins! They also take card but be aware that there is a card charge and it can be a bit on the pricey side. I want to say the value matched the amount of food we got, but then again it is NYC, so you are bound to pay those prices whether deserving or not."

"Seemed like there were some technical issues impacting service and some issues with new staff (hopefully it will resolve itself), but it looked like other staff could have helped—we sat for 20 minutes without being approached by wait staff but had communicated with hostess and yet no one bothered to get water or drink orders. Cheeseboard came out after entrees were finished. Like the expanded space, but probably contributes to the issues."

"We had a reservation of 7:00. Armed at the time, but waited about 10 minutes for Hostess stand, which was unattended. Several other parties waited and no one came by. Sometime another person was looking for the manager and he came by. He said it would wait 30 minutes, even with a reservation. I asked if I had to cancel the reservation, but he said he would. We went to find another option. But I couldn't book a reservation somewhere else because it said I ate here! Very frustrating experience. It was a bummer because my husband and I always like to go here. This was our date night and it didn't start well. There was no apology at all about the topic with the reservations waiting for everyone. Luckily we found another place to have dinner."

"Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a friendly hostess with a warm smile and a hello. We had made reservations for our first visit to Big Ben Pub and were promptly seated. Our waitress was excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed without interrupting our conversations. "Normally, the Oxford would get a 5-star review from me. It's a favorite place in Lodi. Granted, Christmas Eve was crowded and we, and others, were very grateful that they chose to be open on the Eve. We were celebrating a birthday. The food, as always, was outstanding. The staff friendly. However, 3 of our 4 meals were delivered together and the server never noticed/checked about the meal for the birthday person. She eventually returned to ask if the food was okay, at which point we had to remind her to go find the rib eye steak (the most expensive item on the menu). Sorry, you dropped the ball on this one. Four meals are not that many to remember for a single table. Disappointing."

"I've been here twice with my boyfriend and we loved it both times! The atmosphere both inside and outside both have great, old, European pub vibes. The first time I ordered their Fish and Chips, which were deliciously flaky on the outside and tender on the inside. The second time we both ordered the Monk Burger and we split the Loaded Cheese Fries, and everything was decadent and tasty and filling. The service is always nice and attentive. Parking is a pain in this area, if you're lucky you can get a spot in their free lot in the back, otherwise would recommend just doing valet. The other negative I had was that I had their Blood Orange Marg and it was so salty to the point I couldn't finish it. Regardless, I would definitely love to come back here again for great food, atmosphere, and drink selection."

"Walking into The Red Lion Pub is walking into an authentic British pub. Had a really nice afternoon eating snacking on pub food, drinking Guinness, and socializing with others. I would absolutely recommend paying this place a visit, especially if you're seeking a good Reuben sandwich or fish and chips. "I am flexitarian, so I eat meat very rarely, but I tell them this place is worth it. my family and I all took different plates to try as many things as possible. dad had the braised beef shoulder that had an INCREDIBLE sauce and. the bark was super tender! I had the meat plowers and everything was from this world. my favorites were the dessert that was melted in the mouth, the porridge and the kartoffel salad that was the best I ever had and I have tried many! my mother had the special thing about the day that was a lamb brain cake with mushroom carrots, and it came with a gravitation salad. excellent! Finally, my brother had the bangers and mash. the available sausage was white wine and crumbled and it was unbelievable! for a culinary experience at a slightly higher price I really recommend this place. I will definitely go back for special events. very attentive and quick service."
