"The service at this restaurant was extremely poor and the food was terrible. I arrived around 8:15pm and asked if I could still order dinner, to which I was told yes. The waitress quickly came to take my drink order before I even had a chance to look at the menu. I had to spell out my drink order for her and I was never offered water until I had to ask for it. The menu had high prices for steak and a prime rib sandwich with American cheese, but I ordered the prime rib sandwich without cheese and a stuffed baked potato. The baked potato seemed old and the prime rib sandwich looked more like roast beef. Despite being told it was prime rib, it was overcooked and unappetizing. When I asked for horseradish, they brought me dill pickles instead. The sandwich was served on white bread with butter, not as described on the menu. The meal ended up costing $31 and was completely inedible. The table next to me also had complaints about their food, with missing vegetables and undercooked prime rib. I regret not ordering the meatloaf. If you choose to dine here, be warned of the poor service and food quality."
