"This is the worst coffee shop in Kirkland. I tried coffee from almost every shop here during my two weeks vacation, and they were all great, except both locations of Caffe Ladro. The baristas at both were cold and impersonal. I was ignored in both places until I made myself known and asked for my order? I got an angry guy who just ordered things? I got a quiche and burrito that were ice cold. And I mean, literally from the refrigerator. If I had no plane to catch, I would go back to the store and throw this garbage back over the counter to ask for a refund. That's the worst food, service and coffee I had in Washington, and they're all from the same place. Get your life together Blondie! You have to work for the DMV. I expect a bad service there"
