"This is the worst coffee shop in Kirkland. I tried coffee from almost every shop here during my two weeks vacation, and they were all great, except both locations of Caffe Ladro. The baristas at both were cold and impersonal. I was ignored in both places until I made myself known and asked for my order? I got an angry guy who just ordered things? I got a quiche and burrito that were ice cold. And I mean, literally from the refrigerator. If I had no plane to catch, I would go back to the store and throw this garbage back over the counter to ask for a refund. Very bad service. I was the only one who ignored me. I waited ten minutes. I just wanted a black dripping coffee. I actually went and came back and they could not take the time to even confirm that I was standing before the register.

Really good cafe. Got a latte, quiche, breakfast burrito and a scone. That was the best breakfast burrito I ever had! It was actually tasty. So are the other things. The Cafe is beside a really nice park and lake, so you can just pick up something at the Cafe and eat on a bench at the park. Strongly recommend!
