"First off let me say I love supporting black businesses and I come here often. The quality of service and food has gone down. It was very busy today a hr wait for seating so we opted to order to go instead. The woman that took our order was not friendly or welcoming at all. It was as if we were bothering her because she had to do a job. We kept being told different wait times for our to go order. After over a hour we finally get our food. The rice was hard with little gravy. The Mac is just that Mac. Barely any cheese at all. And lastly the collard greens very bland, a lot of stems and not cooked through. I can't believe the quality of the food and service today. They need to evaluate if they have enough cooks, the right equipment and the right staff. I hope they improve because I used to really enjoy coming here and want to see them thrive."

"I don't know if this still has the restaurant attached, but I have been to the restaurant twice (December 2012 and spring of 2013) and both times the food has been superb. My classmate who is Ethiopian recommended it as her favorite restaurant so the first time we went it was for my birthday. It was my husband's first time trying Ethiopian cuisine and we both loved it. The honey wine was also delicious. The second time I went was with several classmates and it was again the best food. Some of them had not had Ethiopian food before and everyone liked it. I would highly recommend this place above some of the more popular well-frequented locations. This is more of an authentic experience. And FYI, injera as a leftover is quite good with fried eggs, onions, and peppers the next morning!"

"Good quality, food is nice hot when it arrives. Only thing is I feel the portions are a bit small for the price. I was hoping to feed 3 ppl for the amount we bought but honestly it only fed 2 and probably could have fed 1 big eater. The chicken tenders fish were super small. Even the large mac wasn apos;t very large at all. The corn on cobb is great, those are pretty good sizes."

"During a quick break at the Redford Theater, my group and I decided to grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant. We found the most welcoming spot - no wait for a table, and they even allowed us to all sit together. The service was excellent on a busy Saturday night, with friendly staff and quick service. The food was outstanding, with everyone in our group loving their meals. I personally enjoyed the beef sandwich, which was well worth the ten dollars. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, with deli-quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying the corned beef sandwich if you're in the area. Overall, a great restaurant experience."

"I always get my pizzas just the way I like them at this restaurant. However, I was disappointed when I ordered onion rings and only received nine rings for $6. The calzones looked good, but the portion of onion rings was not worth the price.
