"Visiting Checkers was nostalgic. My grandmother would take myself and my sister there often as children during summer. I was surprised that Checkers hasn't changed much. Outside of the prices, the Champ burger used to be a dollar and they had a dollar fry. The buns used to be sesame seed and the burgers a little more thick with the large purple onions! Those were the days! But it was still good to pull up and see the familiar black and white checkered building with red accents. The burger was GREAT! Very fresh and the bun was soft and fresh as well. The fries taste like they did many years ago! I will most definitely visit again!"

"Each of the burgers, Bacon Cheddar Crisp Sweet Onion Burger Wild West Burger All American Cheeseburger and Deep Sea Double were probably sitting around for hours, not fresh at all or even warm. The burgers would have been great if they were freshly made. Famous Seasoned Fries which were at least decent last time were just blah. The only redeeming item was the Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix. Ill give them another try but not $30 worth. At least the DoorDasher was phenomenal, quick and friendly."

"Absolutely awful service. My Dasher waited almost an hour to pick up my order because of how slow the restaurant was moving. Despite the long wait, none of my food was of good quality. The burger patty was over cooked and extremely dry. The mozzarella sticks, fries, and chicken bites all tasted overwhelmingly of stale oil. Disgusting food and awful service."

"I went to ralley last night at 10 o'clock. when I went up, all the staff were out. I ordered myself. the lady in the window was rude. I went to the house and the food looked like they threw it together. there was little british of cheese and mayo. I've gone back at 1 o'clock today. there was a hired outside. I asked for a manager. she said rude to drive to the car. I've been up and asked for a manager. a girl said she was the manager. I told her my complaint and she then called a girl who said she was manager. She said I can. the food is restored or received a refund. she yelled at me, then she took my quitting, I told her I'll never go back and laugh, and the door smiled and went away. this so-called manager does not have to work there and I am very disappointed at rallys. Never go here. rally must fire all employees and start fresh."

"I just through the food away! I was asked to park and wait on my food. 10 minutes later, a female and male walk out to hand me my food after not knowing who it belonged to. The girl had on pajamas and the had on a coat. Neither of which had on a uniform. To make matters worst, my sandwich was not fully wrapped and it was extremely poorly made! Terrible!"

"I really doubt I will ever go back to this joint. I have complained before and seems nothing has changed. They have AMAZING fries, what a shame their service doesn't match it.I went in today prior to noon, The lady at the register didn't exactly ask if i needed help. So i proceeded with yes I would like to order.The card machine was turned off, so the lady at the back handling the food came over to try and assist. She was not wearing gloves, and was handling the register. When she went back she did not wash her hands and proceeded to handle the food. The lady at the register however , walked behind to help with packing the food and she put gloves on even though she didnt actually touch any of the food, from what i seen. SUPER disgusting, i will not be returning to this location. Management NEEDS to implement Safety guidelines. I am not sure how they are still in business."

"I received poorly made Fully Loaded Fries, all it had was uncut bacon, and no cheese sauce, just bunch of ranch and not enough fries. Also did not receive Blue Cheese Dip but was replaced with Buffalo Sauce, in which I cannot eat it. I felt that my whole order was made in a hurry because the way it was poorly bagged. Not sure is I recommend ordering it late at night."

"Food was gross. Burger patty is salty and taste like pork. My other meal was all messed up. My wife ask for a plain burger and guess what was on her burger? Both mustard and ketchup. The chicken bites are chicken rocks and the fries werent fresh and salty as well. Will NOT be spending my money with you all again. Thanks for listening"

"I love rallys, but this was the WORST food Ive ever had from them! I really want my money back. $30 for burnt chicken strips and 1/2 filled soggy fries (delivery time wasnt the issue- Im 5 minutes from the store and driver was prompt. Why charge me 6 bucks for an XL fry and only fill it half way- if I wanted a large, Id have paid 4.50. If Id been at the restaurant I would have expected everything to be remade... Lesson learned, when Rallys isnt actually accountable to the customer they send out subpar food; Ill stick to my freezer fries going forward! The chicken bites looked decent enough to eat, so atleast the kids arent hungry."
