"First impressions, as you walk in you smell the spaghetti sauce, it was heaven. This is a one of a kind restaurant where they serve steak, spaghetti and various forms of pasta as their cuisine, it was so unique that I needed to come here and give it a try. One of the many things that impressed me was they have a commitment to a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they actually live up to that. Despite running into a small issue with hair on my steak they completely comped my meal. I kindly requested that they at least charge me for the drink so that I could tip my server. I can't punish the server because of one hiccup like that. Despite that the steak was excellent and served exactly how I ordered it, medium rare to perfection. Also, despite how far we are from the great state of Louisiana, their red beans and rice are quite possibly the best I've ever had. I definitely will be coming back to this restaurant before I travel home to Alabama."
