"First impressions, as you walk in you smell the spaghetti sauce, it was heaven. This is a one of a kind restaurant where they serve steak, spaghetti and various forms of pasta as their cuisine, it was so unique that I needed to come here and give it a try. One of the many things that impressed me was they have a commitment to a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they actually live up to that. Despite running into a small issue with hair on my steak they completely comped my meal. I kindly requested that they at least charge me for the drink so that I could tip my server.
